Photography has been part of my life for many years, both professionally and personally. While much of my professional work focuses on real estate, architecture and design, this website is dedicated to something different: the photography I pursue simply because I enjoy it.

I'm particularly drawn to places with history and character. Abandoned farmhouses, weathered buildings, old industrial sites, rural landscapes, and architectural details that might otherwise go unnoticed. I find myself fascinated by the textures, shapes, light, and stories these places reveal.

Some projects take me across Washington State in search of forgotten buildings and landscapes. Others are closer to home. There's no particular agenda beyond exploring interesting places, making photographs, and seeing what catches my eye.

This website is simply a collection of those experiences and the photographs that come from them.
